If there is something I have to confess about myself and my approach to food and diet – I am extremely trend driven. As soon as there is some kind of new trend in the food and nutrition industry – I’ll follow it. Goji berries, coconut oil, matcha, turmeric, stevia … you name it… 99% I’ve already been obsessing over it. Normally after several weeks, I’ll come down and return to using old good olive oil and eating broccoli as a good old source of vitamin C. But then another trend will hit and here I am drinking golden milk instead of wine.
Beeing a trend-obsessed foodie, I, of course, could not miss this one. To be fair, avocado brownies have been a thing for quite a while now. But even though my reaction is quite late, I’m still happy that I followed this trend. Great stuff! Brownies are super satisfying, super tasty and super rich. And don’t worry you won’t taste any avocado, which substitutes all bad fats you find in classical brownies. I promise!
