Wow, this is really happening, my first post! I am so excited and overwhelmed! That is why I suggest cheering to that with a rosemary-infused grapefruit-Aperol Spritz.
I love Aperol in general. It is just so summerish and it brings on so many good memories. This version of Aperol Spritz was inspired by my new green-friend-plant rosemary, that we’ve just planted on our balcony. Everything about rosemary is great – it’s color, aroma, taste and looks, and also, how unexpectedly good it works in both sweet and savory dishes.
To make such a pretty drink you’ll need:
- Aperol - 4cl
- Juice of half grapefruit
- Prosecco (or crispy white wine) - 6cl
- Ice cubes
- Sprig of rosemary
- Start by filling your glass with ice cubes. Then add Aperol and grapefruit juice. Finish with Prosecco and a rosemary sprig.
